B90 Holdings, a wagering and affiliate enterprise, has obtained £2 million (approximately $2.5 million) to propel its expansion plan, encompassing the purchase of Swedish promotion agency Emwys.

The firm procured the capital through a stock issuance, distributing over 36 million fresh shares. A substantial portion of this investment will be allocated towards pursuing additional acquisitions and collaborations, highlighting B90’s dedication to broadening its presence within the internet gaming sector.

The Emwys acquisition is particularly notable. Emwys excels in performance-based marketing for the iGaming industry, employing a cost-per-click methodology. This strategic maneuver grants B90 direct access to Emwys’ proficiency and technological resources, enabling them to engage new clientele more efficiently and accelerate the growth of their own brands such as Bet90 and Spinbookie.

This represents a significant stride for B90, fundamentally altering their operational competencies and establishing the groundwork for substantial expansion.
