Chiefly, AMGO iGaming Malta neglected to remit its permit charges for the period concluding November 2023, a substantial transgression of the Gaming Licence Fees Regulations. This unpaid sum, reaching €13,915.12 (roughly $14,728.50), underscores the firm’s economic precariousness.
Exacerbating the matter, AMGO iGaming Malta also failed to submit its compliance contributions, exhibiting a disregard for its fiscal duties to the MGA.
